The Programme Department coordinates film submissions, film invitations, print traffic and the screening schedule for public as well as press & industry screenings.

FILM ENTRY
Submission deadlines for IFFR 2009
The submission deadlines for selection purposes, which means the deadline for the Festival's office to receive all required submission materials, are:

  • Short films (up to 60 min.) completed before 1 July 2008: 1 September 2008
  • Short films (up to 60 min.) completed after 1 July 2008: 1 October 2008
  • Feature length films (60+ min.): 1 November 2008

Please note that your application will only be validated upon receipt of both the (online) entry form and all requested information and documentation materials. 

SELECTED FILMS
If not done already, participants with a (selected) film in the 2009 festival are requested to register their film by filling out the entry form and to send us all (missing) documentation materials.
