Guest Accreditation

The Guest Department welcomes more than 2500 guests every year, and provides these filmmakers and professionals with information on the festival, transport, lodging and things to do in Rotterdam.

During the festival the Guest Department is situated on the third floor of Festival center De Doelen. Opening hours: 09:00 - 20:00, from 23 January until 3 February 2008. 

New applicants
All new applicants who wish to be accredited must send a written request via mail on company letterhead paper. Companies should include a short company profile. Individuals should include their c.v. / filmography.

Deadline for new applicants is 10 December 2007.
Please note that submission does not guarantee accreditation!

Returning guests
Returning guests will receive an invitation by mid December 2007.

Administration fee
An administration fee is to be paid when you pick up your badge in Rotterdam (cash or credit card).
