New Arrivals

 
New Arrivals is an online platform for shorts (<30 min); a collaboration between the International Film Festival Rotterdam (IFFR) and Dutch broadcasting company NPS. IFFR is inviting filmmakers from all over the world to send in their short films. And we're also inviting you to vote. A jury selected these three films for the 3rd round. Which one is the best?
